The staff & doctors here are amazing. They always treat you with respect and willing to work with you. I drive 30 minutes to see them and it is worth it!
Will not be back. I would rate them zero if I could. 2 times they have lied to my family about the price then when it all done expect us to pay more then what was quoted from insurance. Then look at us like we are poor and cant pay our bill and will kindly accept payment plan. That is not the point they tell you one price that all of sudden changes to even more once they have finished service. Nice try on scamming people out of there hard earned money and then has no remorse for what they are doing.
I've been a patient here for over 20 years but these past 6 weeks have confirmed that it's no longer a practice that I can recommend. Things have been declining at this practice over the past few years and I wish I had trusted my gut and moved on. It cost me dearly. I will detail the experience once I've consulted with the state board and confirmed that best practice was not followed. Came here for many years growing up, they misinformed me, and it caused me severe depression. Would not recommend. Could have killed me.
