Went here years ago because I loved Dr. Young (who has since retired). I recently broke a crown and went in to see what my options were to fix it. Dr. Jay Wayntraub reminded me of a used cars salesman—VERY pressuring for me to agree to immediately spend about $2K (and 2-1/2 hours of my time) at that very moment to do the crown. Paid over 2000 for a root canal. They broke a tool in my tooth and sealed it up, leaving the root canal incomplete. I just had it redone today. They did not explain the risk of a tool breaking. They also did not tell me the root canal was incomplete.
Definitely scams u and over charges u. Went in to talk to the dentist(mind u he did no exam or X-rays) and yet they decided to charge me for exam and X-rays. As soon as I told them I didn’t have a exam or X-rays they said that opening your mouth and the doctor glance over into the mouth with the naked eye and then calling it good is a exam. Never will come here again,a waste of time and money.
The staff & doctors here are amazing. They always treat you with respect and willing to work with you. I drive 30 minutes to see them and it is worth it!
