Its all about the $$$ with this place. The peoplenwere nice but the billing practice needs work. They claimed insurance didnt cover certain things yet when I called my insurance they stated yes they would have covered it. If you cant pay for all the extras ( xrays, fluoride ect...supposedly not insurance covered things) they get snippy and seem to get the attitude they're wasting their time with you.
Probably the best dental office experience I've ever had! Dr. Hagelthorn is knowledgable, careful, and friendly. His work is thorough. From the front desk staff to the owners -- everyone at the practice was personable and made me comfortable. I highly recommend them!!
I have went there for about 20 years and was very happy when it was owned by Dr. Young. He has since retired. I would never go back here, I had an awful experience and so did my daughter . They said I needed a small filling, the dentist drilled too much, and then said I was gonna need a root canal And then a crown. He continued and drilled too much and finally had to pull the tooth. Then he wanted to charge me $7000 for a new tooth. They are absolutely awful, unprofessional and not credible.
Do not go to this dentist. They farm out to the newest college graduate.Dentist. their motto is to drill and fill. The owner incentivizes these rookie dentist to do unnecessary work. There is no accountability, and you all never have the same dentist twice. I left to go to monroe family dentistry over a year ago. That is when I realized what a smoke show kuras dental is. Do not go here
Went here years ago because I loved Dr. Young (who has since retired). I recently broke a crown and went in to see what my options were to fix it. Dr. Jay Wayntraub reminded me of a used cars salesman—VERY pressuring for me to agree to immediately spend about $2K (and 2-1/2 hours of my time) at that very moment to do the crown.
