I am sorry I missed a SINGLE appointment due to having a massive panic attack but I don't believe that's an appropriate reason to refuse to see someone, especially when I was so understanding about moving my appointments. Not a very trauma-informed or disability-understanding policy. I have multiple complex health conditions and THINGS HAPPEN - trust me, life has already punished me enough.
