Darlene always explains each step of the process, asks me how me and my hair are feeling, and is overwhelmingly accommodating. I’ve never had a hair stylist actually care so much about my hair and about getting it just right. She quizzes me so that she knows what issues I’m having with my hair and how she can make it stronger and shinier. Every visit with Darlene is exciting and I have truly found a friend in her as well.
