Not the best experience. The waiter didn't explain how the conveyor-belt concept worked when we arrived, and every time we called for service through the app, it took a long time for someone to come over. There were barely any dishes on the belt, so we were told to order from the menu instead, which defeats the purpose of a conveyor-belt sushi restaurant. Some sushi was good, but the quality was inconsistent, and some of the tuna looked pale and not very fresh. Hopefully the service and food quality improve.
The servers are extremely acomidating and provided excellent service. The revolving sushi, robot bringing drinks, and food sent down a speed line makes for a fun and unique experience. The toilet seats are even heated.
Food quality was pretty decent despite the price. We loved almost everything we had here except the fried squid. It was a bit overcooked and chewy. Most items we tried at least twice minus dessert. Reservation system needs some work. We didn’t end up having to wait long at all, but there was a slight possibility. Would return again with my family.
It just received my orders to doordash. There's no soy sauce, no ginger. No wasabi, there's very little food for fifty five dollars, total b*******
Great experience. Loved the concept and the food was really fresh. Everything we ordered tasted really good and there was no fishy smell which is usually an issue for me.
