Paulina really helped me prepare my mind and body for a perfect un-medicated birth of our son. She was very helpful taking me in last minute as a doula client as I tried to navigate what we wanted for our first birth. Even when she had other commitments, she insured I had a team of professionals to fully support me. Ultimately I was confident going into delivery and had an amazing experience thanks to Paulina taking the time to review all options in depth.
Dr. Stephanie Cordes is possibly one of the kindest and most considerate and accomodating medical proffesionals, if not people, out there. She is knowledgable, helpful, a great listener, and incredibly caring. I can't reccomend her enough!
Paulina was an integral part of my pregnancy and home birth. As a naturopath and doula she guided me throughout my last trimester - from nutritional advice to hypnobirthing techniques to acupuncture and during labour. She is very knowledgeable, insightful and personable and her guidance was what kept me empowered and trusting in my own body. I’m so grateful for her calm and reassuring presence by my side and I don’t think I could have had the same birth experience without her.
