Exceptional service!
Kura Home did an amazing job and provided wonderful customer service! Cristian cleaned our duct system, dryer vent and AC unit and sanitized our ducts and put in a new filter. After the service he showed before/after pictures and provided education and recommendations on how we could improve the health of our system in the future. He also adjusted our quote based on seeing that certain ducts were clean. Overall the experience was great and the pricing fair.
The technicians were very courteous, friendly, and efficient. Their customer service was fantastic and kept me in the loop with phone calls and text messages. I will use them for future service and would recommend them for anyone needing service.
