I can't believe no one has reviewed Dr. Kuptsow yet, especially since it is unlikely you can even get any appointment with him anymore unless you are already an established patient! He is my primary care physician for many years. He has a very calming demeanor, never panics, just cool and calm and collected Doctor. He will absolutely listen to your concerns and make referrals as necessary, as well discuss routine recommendations with you to make sure you are following through.
