Awful experience. Bought something there. Was TOTALLY scammed. Tried to return it two days later, they wouldn't accept it or even buy it back for 1/10th the price. DO NOT GO HERE. Awful scammers who sell crappy jewelry. Totally dishonest people.

Over the years I have had jewelry repaired and recently bought a beautiful watch. Konstantin’s service is top notch and the quality of his workmanship is truly amazing. He’s the best jeweler in the Bay Area without a doubt 👍🏼

I never thought I'd wear my Rolex President again. After numerous failed attempts to get it running it sat in a drawer for 10 years. A friend recommended Kupfer. I took it in and Konstantine offered me a fair price to bring it back to life. Well, I just got it back and I feel like I have a brand new watch. It looks and runs amazing. Why go anywhere else? My friend bought a brand new Rolex president there and has sent many people there over the years. Five stars. Thank You!
