I never thought I'd wear my Rolex President again. After numerous failed attempts to get it running it sat in a drawer for 10 years. A friend recommended Kupfer. I took it in and Konstantine offered me a fair price to bring it back to life. Well, I just got it back and I feel like I have a brand new watch. It looks and runs amazing. Why go anywhere else? Exceptional Customer Service coupled with Unique and Eclectic Selection of Quality Items! 1st time customer of this store. Had a relatively tricky sizing issue request with my new symbolically meaningful Sterling Silver/Natural Stone necklace. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. My wife and I went into the store. I asked to try on a watch. The sales associate asked the manager/owner whether I could look at the watch. The owner came out and told me I could NOT try it on. I asked him if I could pick it up. He asked, “are you gonna buy it?” When I told him I would have to look at it first, he told me I would never buy it. It’s $100,000 watch. I told him I know about the brand. After about a week of searching for a reputable jeweler to authenticate a watch I am buying, I was referred to try Kupfer Fine Jewelry. After reading the many great reviews, I decided to give them a call to get more information on their services.
