I had a very disappointing experience dealing directly with the owner. In my opinion, the pricing here felt completely unreasonable, and I was very unhappy with the explanations provided regarding their charges. After consulting with other shops, I felt the explanation I was given here was completely ridiculous. I left feeling overcharged as a customer.
I’ve been to Kupfer Jewelry multiple times for a variety of services, and they never disappoint. Every visit, the customer service is wonderful and the quality of their work is top-notch. I highly recommend!
Do not recommend; extremely rude. A variety of other jewelry shops in the bay that offer better services and have a better selection. UPDATE: Kupfer jewelry says this is a fake review but I've stopped in before and I literally just got off the phone with them. They were responding rudely and unprofessionally about my questions for selling fine jewelry there.
Kontstantin really came through for us when we needed an appraisal for a piece of jewelry for insurance purposes. Even though we didn't have an appointment and he was leaving for two weeks the next day, he did the appraisal while we waited. We highly recommend Kupfer Jewelry for any service or purchase.
