DO NOT GO HERE! The front desk ladies are very rude! People who have cancer are asking for help and they act like it’s an inconvenience. When I tried to call and report to management, there’s only 2 receptionist (one is the doctor’s wife) they were defending their vulgar tone, unwillingness to help, the actions, and refused to let me talk to the doctor. The doctor may be amazing but he will lose patients due to their unprofessionalism.

I feel it’s important to speak up in this case. My sister was recently diagnosed with stage 3 cancer an incredibly emotional and overwhelming time for our family. Sadly, her experience at this oncologist’s office has been made even harder due to the front desk staff. The receptionist is consistently rude, condescending, and unprofessional. Dr. Kuo and his staff are amazing and God sent! I am a daughter of one of his 11 year cancer patients. 3 different types of cancers and a substantial amount of chemo treatments and pet scans… and my mother died a survivor of cancer!
