When my hot water heater went out, I started calling plumbers. After leaving messages with 3 different businesses (with no return phone calls), I called Mr. Kuntz. He answered my call! We made arrangements for him to come the next day. He arrived when expected, evaluated the situation and had my new heater installed the same day!! He and his crew were very professional and prompt. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again if needed.

We initially had a good experience with him at our old house. But I called him about our leaking faucet, he came and looked at it. Told me the options for fixing it, and said let me know if you want me to fix it….i said yes he said ok well have your husband call me?? I said ok sure.. my husband called him twice and left 2 messages.got no call back.

Mr. Kuntz is one of the best in the business. He always stays busy and doesn't slow down. I truly admire his hard charging work ethic, understanding/experience and putting the customer's needs first. He's very transparent and will get the job done right without you having to worry. 5/5 Definitely would recommend.

March 14, 2024. I was in need of a plumber. I couldn't get anyone to come and help me. All plumbers I called couldn't be here until a week later. I called Kuntz and Dennis was here the next morning at 8 am. Very professional, knowledgeable, fast, and affordable. I will be using him again. Give him a call.
