the dealership has denied credit card down payments which most dealerships accept and is unwilling to work with my official bank even though they said they would. this is super unacceptable customer service and have never had a dealership in 7 years do this.ive purchased 10 cars in 7 years from dealerships. it’s like they are trying everything to not sell. once they commit to something they will also fall back on word and not do it then not notify you leaving you in wind. DO NOT WORK WITH SALESMAN JEREMIAH

I dont like to be this way but im looking out for other customers. I recently started taking my truck to them. I had a fuel tank flushed, ive had an oil change, fuel filters changed, coolant resevoir replacement, and new keys purchased from them, no issues. Yesterday (12/12/25) i took my truck back to them because my heat hadn't worked since they replaced coolant resevoir.
