Hi, Kunkel Construction Refreshed a Flat in a late 1800’s EastLake two flat building in DogPatch, SF, CA. in 2021. This building had been renovated in the late 1990’s to a place I call home. By 2021 the flat was in need of refreshing upgrade and attention to the interior EastLake details. Thomas was able to find used EastLake doors at a local recycling construction materials and the skills to finish and fit all the matching door's. They’ve been doing a project near my house for almost a year now, but I only see people working for a few hours every few days. They extended the project for another two months, but based on how little people are working there, I expect it to be done much later. If you want your work done within the initial time frame, I wouldn’t recommend them. I appreciate that they are a kind crew, but they take up a lot of space without being around very often.
