I went in knowing that I had a sinus infection, so I asked the person (Elizabeth Cooke) taking my COVID test if she could please be gentle because my sinus area really hurt and I had a bloody nose earlier that morning. She shoved the q-tip in my nose and it hurt so bad, that I winced and she started scolding me saying "Don't move! If you move it will mess up the test!"
