We keep coming back here because the technicians make my daughters and I feel safe, welcome and heard. Other nail spas in the past were always in a rush. We would get overwhelmed and feel like we were rushed through a factory. Nikki is always so personable, knowledgeable and guves us the time we so much appreciate! That extra time and attention given really makes it feel like a spa. The beauty in their work also shines through. We wish we could go more often then our special occasions only.

Don’t come here if your military. I wanted a French manicure. Apparently they don’t have any powders or colors as a base for French manicures, but will charge you for a French manicure to paint white tips and paint clear polish over it. I came in for a fill. I left being able to see all the imperfections and where my previous fill was done. This is bad and they know it was bad. When I walk in, I notarized there want's no information post about price like other nail business. They should have a sign showing price for everything they do in the business. But not, because they can charge you anything they want. If that illegal? My daughter chose a light grey color for her nail and she end with a pink color. So, Why they ask you what color you want if they will do your nail in other color. She charge me $55 dollar for the full set. Plus $5 for I don't know why. Am sad because I thought I had found “my nail place” close to work. Have been coming here for months. Today, I walked in for a manicure and pedicure, even had my feet in water soaking. 2 girls walked in and verbally said they had no appt. I heard them because my seat was closest to the front door. Then, I was asked to remove my feet and go back to the waiting bench because “they had an appt ahead of me.” This is untrue. I’m unsure if it’s because of race or if it’s because of 2 people vs 1.
