Customer service was horrible . Food was disgusting gave me old chicken that was dry and hard the waiters were horrible the whole service was just awful

We have been coming here for 15 years and always had a good experience, till today! Looks like they must be under new ownership because the service was horrible! They brought our soup out with our meal, and we asked for it to be medium spicy and it was extremely spicy. When we told them, they did nothing about it and were completely unapologetic. The customer service was so horrible I will never eat here again and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!!!!! The servings were so little for the price there was a lot of workers but no customer service our food came out one by one late food was getting cold we had to ask for our rice 3 times and for refills on our drinks they would tell us to hold on it was just a mess they had my anxiety up the roof I wanted to tell my family to stop eating and just walk out!!!!!
