It's wonderful being part of the Demo Team, spreading happiness and awe across Tulsa. Kung Fu is discipline as well as a lifestyle for me. Huge thank you to the Kung Fu family. I recommend everybody give it a try. Each week offers different aspects of Kung Fu (self defense wednesdays, form practice tuesdays, sparring thursdays, tai chi saturdays), and it's a great place to meet new people that share an interest in maintaining good health and authentic Kung Fu culture.
