STAY AWAY!!! Save your time and money I would rather burn my money than give it to Kunevich and Lau. While renting a home in Allston from them I encountered countless problems, everything from mold, to faulty heaters and a center cooling unit that wouldn’t turn on. Not even to mention a house that was left as a mess when we moved in that had rats living in and around the home. I am truly surprised the city has not closed this home for code violations.
