I will not be recommending this insurer to friends and coworkers in Brookline Village. The blizzard ended nearly 24 hours ago, and yet they have failed to clear a path in the snow to the street. They should realize that there are many elderly and some individuals in wheelchairs that live in this town that should have safe access to the sidewalks. Genuinely couldn't have had a worse experience with Kunevich & Lau -\-\ had to cancel my rental insurance policy due to a cross-country move, and they were supposed to send me the prorated balance of my policy. I repeatedly followed up with them via email and phone requesting the balance, was repeatedly assured that it was forthcoming, and then nothing would happen and no one would get back to me...
