Very good customer service. I so appreciate that the service tech does not try to sell you service that is not needed. Will always return to Kunes Honda.
Called in morning to get truck serviced that day. Service Department checked and 3:30 was the time given, great, meeting son from Indiana for dinner in DeKalb! Was told truck needed 15,000 mile rear-end fluid change, very pricey, but new rear-end would be a lot more. They found cabin filter getting plugged and asked, I said do it! I would have never known it needed it, if it wasn’t for a good service department. Thank you, Charlie
