We could not have asked for a better experience. We started out looking at some used travel trailers, but couldn’t find one that was right for us. Everyone we met at the office was nice and willing to help with anything they could. Jack was great in guiding us through the process without being pushy or making us feel rushed. Brian our salesman was so helpful and always available. Even checked on us on the way home to make sure everything was good. John our finance guy was so helpful. He even gave us a lead a new insurance and we were able to combine our autos and the RV with better coverage and it ended up being less for all three than just the autos!!!! Yay and yay! This afternoon heading home from the lake our boat trailer blew a tire on the highway. We managed to get off the highway to an off ramp that happened to be right by Kunes RV. We waited over 2 hours for roadside assistance to no avail. We then decide to walk almost a mile to Kunes RV to ask if they had the tools we needed. Thank you Kunes of Monmouth. We literally looked everywhere for a Grand Wagoneer Series III with both the tow package and 2nd row bench seat. When we saw that Kunes had one, We called and spoke with Jon, who was super helpful and knowledgeable. He worked with us on our trade in and gave us a great deal. We were shocked to only pay sticker price as most other dealerships wanted several thousand over.
