Brinck talled a good game, but I ended up refinancing through someone else. He's a great car salesman. But, he's going to take advantage of first time car buyers like anyone else working for commission. Was told certain things would get fixed, like the door and fender. That didn't happen. It was omitted from the paperwork I signed. I was told that I could split payments, because they were outrageous. I ended up habing to refinance at a lower rate elsewhere. Alex was great he was very understanding , and very respectful, and helpful !!
I would’ve given a 5 star, but upon receiving the car after purchasing we asked if they were able to detail the car and they said yes. We waited for about 20-30 minutes and the car was still pretty dirty. I had to still get a detail done myself to remove gum from the seats that i initially did not see. The floors were pretty dirty as well with stains and there was food from what appears to be kids who sat in the back, not vacuumed. Other than that, the experience was good.
