In the past, I’ve had mediocre experience with the service department, but this time was different. I worked with a gentleman by the name of Mark and he was absolutely incredible. I bought three or four trucks from Kunes Antioch Ford Unfortunately, no one, including my salesman have ever informed me the detailed information that Mark has. I can honestly say Mark is the whole reason why I continue to do business with this dealership.
Took a long time to get the part I ordered! I will never purchase a customized truck from a dealer ever again. Buyer be cautious! Tuscany Motor Sport is an absolute dumpster fire! Sub par workmanship and follow up!
Mark in the service department does an excellent job of keeping you apprised of what is going on with your vehicle. Completely felt at ease with his assessments and explanations. Definitely found my new service department. My reason for service was a Ford recall repair.
Kayla was awesome to work with. I had an oil change and transmission service done She called me when the car was ready. Nice job
