I'm from Pa and bought a car hauler from Tony and Adam at kunes. Tony told me he couldn't transfer the tilte there, seeing i was from PA and they couldn't do it at the dealer. Tony told me to pay for the transfer in Pa and they would reimburse me the money I paid to have it transferred. I financed the car hauler, so they got the money already to transfer it even though they didn't, i did out of pocket.
