I’m giving Kunes Ford of Antioch a single star because their service has been nothing short of frustrating. I bought a 2024 Ford Maverick with a full bumper-to-bumper warranty, and yet the dealership’s service department has completely dropped the ball. Twice this summer, my air conditioning failed at the worst possible time, and even though I explained this was an intermittent issue, the dealership flat-out refused to investigate because it happened to be working at the exact moment they checked. Kunes did a thorough job of investigating the issue and coming up with a valid diagnosis. After fixing my issue, they were kind enough to clearly articulate how I can prevent the issue from recurring in the future.

Arrived for my oil change and tire rotation. Asked about how long it would take as I waiting there. Was told hour to hour and a half. Understood fully this was an estimate but at the jour and a half mark I was approached about the recommendation to change two additional filters. I declined. At the two hour mark I had to go to the desk and ask about how much longer and was told he would go check.
