At first I was nervous, but after driving it. I got used to it. Robert was friendly. He helped me with the my insurance company.. The only thing my wife would like to see was maybe they could have a mattress pad on the bed..That they could exchange and wash. Overall things went well
This was my first RV rental. Robert J with Kunes made it a pleasurable experience. I reserved through Robert and he also delivered the unit. I met him at delivery and he was very thorough as to the ins and outs of the camper. He took care in leveling the unit. The camper was spacious and in good condition. I would; however, suggest that you bring an additional sleeping cushion or air mattress as the campers come with manufacturer mats and mattresses and there isn’t much to them. I do not recommend renting an RV from here, there were quite a few issues with our RV, the levels did not work(we were told they were worked on our pick up-which was a big downfall) The RV leaked, the TV did not work, the water sensors did not work(so we overflowed it the first time filling) a window was off it’s track and it was very loud and rattled. Very friendly & knowledgeable customer service. Repairs are done very thoroughly & in a timely manner. We bought our camper at a different dealership & and won't go back. Kunes will have all our business. Highly recommend Kunes RV.
Rented a Class C and had a great experience. This was our first trip out and the staff was amazing at getting us started. Robert was so nice and flexible with pickup and drop off. Conner walked us through the camper and showed us all we needed to do. We had a wonderful time without a hitch (pun intended). I would highly recommend Kunes in Neenah.
