We had a mixed experience with this service center. Positives: The repairs they did complete were done well. Turnaround time was fairly quick, especially considering it’s camping season. Negatives: We submitted two different service requests online and never received a response. Their “text message service” had very poor communication. The awning was not repaired correctly, even though we explained clearly that it was coming out of its track and they even took a photo of the issue at drop-off. At first I was nervous, but after driving it. I got used to it. Robert was friendly. He helped me with the my insurance company.. The only thing my wife would like to see was maybe they could have a mattress pad on the bed..That they could exchange and wash. Overall things went well
This was my first RV rental. Robert J with Kunes made it a pleasurable experience. I reserved through Robert and he also delivered the unit. I met him at delivery and he was very thorough as to the ins and outs of the camper. He took care in leveling the unit. The camper was spacious and in good condition. I would; however, suggest that you bring an additional sleeping cushion or air mattress as the campers come with manufacturer mats and mattresses and there isn’t much to them.
