I hade good an experience. Salesman Andrew T. Was very good I’ll recommend everybody I know go to him. Great customer service from Andrew T.
They knew I was coming for 4 days prior and when I showed up the truck was never detailed for showing when given 4 day notice. It took 5 hours to buy the vehicle. They were very unprepared. It should have never taken that long. It has now been a month and my old vehicle still hasn’t been paid off and now I’m stuck with two car payments even tho I called the dealership multiple times to verify they sent a check and they kept saying they have. Drake and his team were great. He was able to get me a used vehicle that I wanted with great mileage! I was pleasantly surprised! Great experience overall! I definitely recommend Kunes Ford of Sterling!!
I had some issues with not wanting to keep a vehicle I just bought. Called Kunes and talked to Drake. Drake is an amazing salesman. He doesn’t rush you into anything. He takes the time to listen to what you’re looking for. No pressure. Works with you the way a salesman should. I highly recommend this young man.
Kunes made my car buying smooth and easy. Smaller lot, but a great selection of cars to pick from.
