When talking the deal over i brought up that the transmission had a weird down shift and i wanted the warranty so it could be looked at. I even showed the salesman that tested drove the truck with me. so 30 days later i set up a appointment had the truck taken in and the warranty company then told me they were canceling the warranty because the truck was to modified. Lenard and Ken were great to deal with. People doing the detailing did crap. I brought my 23 sierra in cleaner than picking up a brand new car. Very disappointed in this. Glue is still around windows. Wish they would have done better
