Advertised as one price, then made up a different price. Tried to force a sale on GAP.
I'm so glad this place closed!! Total crooks. Gave me a 10k warrenty that I didn't want n when I tried to pull up my paperwork on the drive they gave me to prove it...nothing...blank!!! I told them to drop the warrenty n give me my money back so they dropped it n credited me a whopping 2k...unreal...I lost 8k!! Can't even sell or trade my car because I owe so much...they should be closed completely!!!!
They told my wife that her car had a recall so she said ok. Then they charged her for it.🤬Recalls are to be done NoCharge! The recalled replacement made the car REALLY act up by shutting down & numerous other odd things. I kept taking it in but they kept putting me off saying their guy that can read the codes was off of work for a while & would call me. Never got a call.
