Horrible for service. Crashed my car that was being repaired. I got a ticket for it. My insurance had a claim against it. Manager was extremely elusive and reluctant to give any information about where my car was. Didn’t compensate me for anything despite me being without car for a long period. Incompetent or deceptive. Probably both. Stay away.
Danny and Edwin from the service department is fantastic! They go above and beyond. The only reason I gave three stars is because of service manager. She wasnt doing the things that she was suppose to do. Pretty unhappy about that. Danny and Edwin thank you so much!! I had a great experience with Michael at the service department! He was quick in getting my car taken care of and super friendly. Also, the actual service gentlemen who serviced my car were nice, friendly and made my car look great! They were all friendly and efficient. I will definitely get my Volvo serviced here from now on! Thank you all again!
I updated my review to 5 stars and I am keeping my original comments below for transparency. Guadalupe called me directly and took the time to review the videos from the shop with me, and she confirmed that the tires were not touched. I appreciate her professionalism and follow up. I do want to add that my interaction with Danny was not good.
