Very good best customer service
December 1,2025 Service Department was not as busy as other times. I arrived at 10:10 for a 10:30 appointment but got my car back 2:30. I do not understand why an oil/filter change and installation of new batteries would take 4+ hours.
My salesman, Van Dixon, provided attentive and professional service. He made my purchase experience positive.
My experience with Lauren at Kundert Volvo was greatly appreciated. Lauren is an outstanding sales person. She helped me in trying to get the car I actually wanted. I was very happy with Lauren and the whole team at Kundert Volvo.
