Dont ever book an appointment here. Edwin and some women manager apparently who never gave her name are both extremely unprofessional. I dont understand how you can book an appointment for someone 3 weeks out then a few days before call to say it cannot happen. Do yourself a favor and stay far away
Getting a car serviced is a nightmare. Every other Saturday is available, no loaners on the weekend, service center opens late everytime, wait time is atrocious.
Guadalupe is the GOAT! 🙌🏻 After 2 other dealerships, (which will remain nameless) gave me a shoulder shrug. She helped us fix an issue, patiently, professionally, and with constant clear communication. In fact the whole service team rocks socks! Shout-out to Danny as well. Appreciate ya guys!
