April 22, 2026 i had to replace my water cooler that has cracked ( my antifreeze was leaking) , my 2022 XC60 was a new car and was surprising that this has occurred with no accidents. I had Endurance coverage, Kundert Volvo experienced staff has taken the time to work with Endurance and was gracious to settle on the amount with them that needed to be paid. They had my car for 2 weeks for a service that was supposed to take a few days. They didn’t communicate delays properly and then didn’t deliver the car when they were done on Friday - claiming they had no drivers available (despite letting me know earlier that day that the car is almost done and will be dropped off later). The manager was unhelpful and the dealership manager didn’t bother to call me back. Will never service my Volvo there.
Sockets replaced. Needed to come in to have it replaced again within two months because it doesn’t work. Costs 250 dollars to run a “diagnostics” without any additional work. The car still has the same pop-up warning after leaving shop. This pop-up, after calling in, I’m told, is going to be there “forever and ever” according to Danny. So I literally paid over 250 dollars to get nothing done, just for them to run a software test. Sweet deal for the dealership if you ask me.
