I’m in my second year of taking Kundalini classes with Amanda and she is one of the most amazing yoga teachers I have experienced…. All of Amanda’s classes are planned and flow beautifully.. As we move through the Kriya and positions, Amanda explains what we are working on and how that improves our health. I feel very fortunate to be apart of Amanda’s practice!!! Amanda is incredibly talented and it’s a gift to experience Kundalini with her!!!!!!!!!
I attended an event co-hosted by Amanda. Towards the end, I had a profound experience that I talked about for days after. She is skilled, explains concepts well, and genuinely seems to care about the experience of her students.
I just took Amanda’s Kundalini yoga class and it was SO GOOD! I love being able to have personal instruction from the comfort of my own home and her skill and knowledge in the process is incredible. She made things that seemed complex achievable and I felt so much better and accomplished after my session. I will be adding her sessions into my wellness routine regularly and am so grateful to have the opportunity to work with her.
I was new to yoga and nervous about trying a class but Amanda made me feel welcome instantly. I walked away from the class feeling energized and educated on different stretches I could incorporate into my everyday life. I would strongly recommend Amanda to anyone looking for a great yoga instructor.
Amanda is an excellent teacher. I do my best to make it to her class every week. I’ve been doing Kundalini for years and have gone through many teachers, and Amanda is legit. Although she may not have many years of experience, she makes up for it with her passion and personal experience.
