Before Dr Davis left he scheduled my next appointment with nurse practitioner Marina Collins. She did not know what the follow-up was supposed to be about. Instead, she assumed it was to manage another drug - which she proceeded to decrease immediately. Different than Dr Davis who was excellent! She didn't know me at all yet assumed she needed to decrease a critical medication! It took an extra appointment just to get a modified script - which she never sent after our initial meeting! 56 yr old male. I had previous problems and surgery in early 30’s severe diver and abscesses and just a mess . Surgeon didn’t resection. Went years and years with probs till I couldn’t eat anymore. Multiple infections couldn’t eat anymore was losing weight and dying.. this dr saved my life . I know from her crew which is top notch that I was going to be in good hands . I felt like I had all of her attention and my questions were fully answered.
I had a freak trip over myself accident that resulted in a broken foot and torn ligament. Dr. Cypher and his staff were so patient, kind, respectful and thorough in explaining what happened to me and giving me the support I needed. Dr. Cypher has a wonderful bedside manner and really looks after your injuries. The staff is delightful.
They appear to schedule several people at nearly the same time. Once you wait for 30 minutes in the waiting room. They stage you in an exam room for 30 minutes.
She was able to diagnose my skin condition immediately . After one day of her treatment my skin has improved dramatically. Prior to meeting with her the condition worsened for months. The staff was also well informed and friendly.
She listens, very attentive, and never rush my visit. If she is attending to her other patients as she does me, I don’t mind the wait. I appreciate her caring.
I felt that my appointments were rushed, that unnecessary tests were done, and that assistance with treating my condition was left to me to figure out. I do not recommend.
