I am a spur of the moment it's time for a pedi kinda gal! There has been times I've had to wait and there's bee times that they are just too busy and I think that's great because they must be doing something right! Today I came in at the right time to get my happy toes done! Everyone is always kind and polite even when they're slammed!!
So disappointed, had to wash off the sugar scrub myself, no gloss on 3 toes. My water went cold at least 4 times and the biggest of all was when I asked "what can you do to make this right?" they said they could redo the bad ones, but I didn't want to go back, so I wanted a refund. They would not give me that. I also took a friend and her toes weren't completely cured so they bubbled. Will not be back and stand by my 1 star.
I was very skeptical going in with the reviews and just not knowing the salon atmosphere. It is not a typical nail place where you feel judged as soon as you walk in. Juilenne was my pedicure nail artist and she made me feel so comfortable and well loved. This place is honestly my go-to for now on for pedicures and manicures. Decent prices, as we know prices for nails have risen and they are just meeting the market. I did not feel pressure to choose a color, or have a conversation. It was really lovely
Very disappointed with my experience. It took over 3 hours for my toes to be done, and they were still wet with visible bubbles after I left. During the appointment, the technician ate McDonald’s at her station in front of me, which felt very unprofessional. She also used tools from her pocket that did not appear clean. When I called afterward to have the situation corrected, the only solution offered was to have the same technician redo my nails. Unfortunately, I live 2 hours away, making that very inconvenient. I just got a blue cateye polish with a lil star on the finger. She did really good, and they where really kind. It depends on who you get for how talkative they are but I don't mind. It was a really good experience from them and I'm glad. Went.
