Loved our first dentist, five stars for our first experience. Second one is probably better suited for a career with adults. Our follow up experience was very different, one star for that dentist. Treatment plan wasn’t reviewed, my 8 year old asked to leave as soon as she was out of ear shot, the whole appointment felt condescending. Three stars because the rest of the staff is amazing and the first dentist we had was great.
As a parent of 3 special needs kids that is new to kuna area i was super happy with Kuna Kids Dentistry. They helped my kids with anxiety , had visual support for my non verbal dude and made it fun for them. I think she was the office manager that was awesome with my flappy happy autistic son and knew how to get him to do grays. Super please.
Overall I've had good experiences with Kuna Kids and my daughter enjoys coming here. The staff is very sweet with kids. However, today a simple procedure was done that left my daughter's mouth stained and I have to wait for it to fade. She's a toddler so not very cooperative about me trying to scrub it off. The first time this was done we didn't have this issue. There was even more on the side of my daughter's mouth that I had to point out to the hygienist before we left. Not sure if we'll come back. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Incredible Experience! I cannot say enough good things about this office. We have been coming here for a while, and I am consistently impressed by how polite, professional, and genuinely personable the entire staff is. They always greet both the kids and parents by name and go above and beyond to make sure everyone is comfortable. Plus, the waiting room is a kid’s dream...they have classic arcade games and coloring pages, and my kids love getting a coin at the end of their visit for the surprise toy vending... read more
