He is nice but seem in a hurry, I went in for my ears and he looked and said I'm not even sure why they gave you antibiotics in the first place, I tryed to exsplane he said he wasn't there so he doesn't know doesn't care. did not look at my files nothing. Then said I'll send a referral to see an Ent . I said how fast should I make an Ent visit. He said meh make it when ever you want to. I will not go back there. I saw Mr. Kummerfeldt some months ago. I was overwhelmed from numerous issues in my life and was near the breaking point. Twenty minutes late, a prescription that takes weeks to become effective and 'sorry but I have other patients waiting' gave me a poor impression of him. This is the problem with PAs or at least this PA, not enough training or lack of compassion. Luckily I was able to see an MD that was able to help me outside of Peninsula Health. I will not be going back.

Mathew is a Physician Assistant, but he knows as much as any physician I've seen, and he's much more approachable.
