NEW REVIEW: I used to love this place, but it’s really gone downhill. I made an appointment last week for a pedicure and Gel X, but when I arrived, there was only one person working and no other customers. The pedicure was terrible—she didn’t even trim my nails, and I could still see my old nail polish by the end of it. To make things worse, the person there didn’t know how to do acrylic or Gel X, so I had to call another nail salon. I’m really sad to see the quality of service drop like this. Went back for a touch up and they were so nice about it! They do great work there.
If I could do a zero I would. Horrible customer service. Did not listen to what we were saying. Totally ignored me.
I tried again bc i didn't want to base my opinion off of one experience the second time same thing the girl was rude did not do what I asked on shaping my nails and drilled so badly So now most all of my nails are broken below the nail bed. Mediocre for the second time
