They offer Gluten free soy sauce and are very careful with my Gluten free orders. It is hard to find a Sushi restaurant that knows how to make food gluten free.
This is BY FAR the BEST and yummiest sushi I have EVER had (and I have tried many). The presentation are out of this world. And our server LUIS is awesome! No hesitation that we will be loyal customers! Happy 1st Anniversary Kumi
