Dr. Uma K was a compassionate and caring doctor, I miss her so much! Her kindness and the gentle vibes she emitted was comforting and gave me a lot of trust to open up about myself. I met with her replacement, Dr. Watson, she was kind and thorough. She adjusted my medication and seems to know what she is doing, I will return as I really like her as well. Nobody beat BRENDA, the secretary though! That woman is AMAZING! LOVE HER!
I saw Dr. K for years and she was amazing. Her replacement, an unqualified NP named Tonia Watson, should have her license revoked. Uncaring and judgmental only touches the surface; she's DANGEROUS! As a nurse, I knew more about my meds than she did. Not surprised they now require payment before the visit as I sure many of Dr.K's patients left unsatisfied. I will NOT be going back! Please disregard the positive reviews as they were posted when Dr. K was still practicing.
Dr. K was great. Unfortunately she is no longer working at the practice that bears her name. An underqualified NP, Tonya Watson is now seeing her patients and is a far cry for professional. The front desk staff is even worse than it was while Dr. K was around. Disregard old reviews.. unless they bring in a better MD psychiatrist, this practice is doomed. They don’t accept insurance and charge $400/appt for first time and $150/appt after that each month. It’s so bad it seems like they don’t want people to come back.
Had an appt today and dr.watson doesnt seem to know how to treat patients. She is rude. Non compassionate and has no kind of personality. She never asked me what was my reason for for the visit today. I have lost my son in June and needed s ok meone to talk to but she was worthless In that sense. She charged me 150$ for nothing! But I demanded my money back and I will find a doctor who truly cares. I wouldnt recommend this place to nobody. Turning point wellness is terrible without dr. Kumarappan
