The 4'11 short skinny lady with glasses does not know how to take good blood. She does the exact thing they teach you against doing in phlebotomy class, DO NOT LET HER TAKE BLOOD!! Also has attitude problem. The other phlebotomist with the highlights in her hair is much better, she is always very nice and does the job very well.

Horrible customer service, they can't send any doctor forms by mail by email or fax. Zero accomodations for patients switching providers asap expect me to travel 4 hours in total to pick up one form after moving. Sad practice
