Never answer the phone don’t return voicemails then charge you for appointments that you try to cancel, but they don’t respond on their end. Very poor Customer Service.

Was referred by my primary care doctor. My appointment was scheduled for 7:30am at 95 Leonard Ave. I got a call from them a couple days prior to confirm the appointment. Get there only to find out they moved out of that building a while back. Their website still shows the 95 Leonard Ave address as well. I tried to call them only to find out they weren't open yet, meaningthey scheduled an appointment for me for beforethey even open.
