What sad shame of this place! Childish behavior through receptionists and Kumar himself. My son was emitted to the children’s hospital over night over a year ago and then was referred to a Syracuse ENT for tests which never ended up happening. Now this office won’t call even to tell me themselves that they won’t take him even after a referral back to him. Absolutely SHAME!
I have had sinus issues forever. Been to several ENTs and general physicians and was blown off. Dr. Kumar is the only one that took them seriously and did something about it. He diagnosed the problem quickly and we set up a game plan. He has been always kind and caring. His surgical staff was great during a proceeded. The frount desk has always been kind and courteous Thank you Dr. Kumar and staff for all you do.
Dr. Kumar’s care and attention truly stood out throughout my treatment. He took the time to explain every step clearly and made me feel comfortable and confident. His professionalism, kindness, and commitment to patient care are remarkable. I’m extremely grateful to Dr. Kumar and his entire team for the excellent support and smooth experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking reliable and expert ENT care.
They should call him Dr. Kool-mar because he’s one of the coolest doctors I’ve met. (Sorry, that was cheesy) But, I’ve been dealing with a mystery ailment for over a year and have seen multiple dentists, ENTs, physical therapists, massage therapists.. you get the point. Having an ear nose and throat concern is awful. It puts you in that weird gray area between medical and dental and everyone just kind of brushes you off and refers you to the next guy.
