I had just stepped into a nail and needed a tetanus shot right away but they kept putting me on hold on the phone for over 5mins EACH time and I was just trying to find out how much it would cost and when they could see me. Never going there, if they can't take care of their patients over the phone, they probably can't do a decent job once your there!
