Not sure if theyre even still trying to run this business..but if they are..spare yourself the agony. My husband's wedding band, my engagement ring and two wedding bands were purchased from Kumar Diamonds. After reading these reviews, I suppose we are lucky to have even gotten something. Not sure how their store front is still standing ...everytime we have gone for ring cleaning the store is closed. My husband's wedding band was a complete joke. Really wanna give this a 0 star. went to get a band made. Took 3 months and guy tried to give me a band he had sitting around all scratched and 3 sizes to small.... now he refuses to refund the money and blocked my wife and I from contacting him. 10/10 don't recommend. seems they really struggling for money to have to do this to so many people. AVOID at all cost.
Absolute WORST customer service experience of my life, avoid like theplague!! If I could give this place a 0 stars, I would. Surprised they're still in business when they're scamming people the way they are. Nothing but excuses and false promises made. We designed and placed an order for a wedding band that was supposed to be ready at the beginning of February.
