Where to start... The bed in our FIRST room did not have a blanket on it, but it did come complete with bed bugs. When told about the issue the front desk associate simply frowned and wrote down "BB" next to the room number on our list that strangely already had the word dirty jotted down next to it. He then informed us that he can change our room to one on the fourth floor. This place is horrendous. We rented a room for one night through Expedia. Thank God we used Expedia! As we walked up to the front desk, they told us that the room we booked was not available anymore, so they gave us a different room. The room we got had water leaking in the bathroom, we had to throw towels on the ground to soak it up (which did not work as the puddle got bigger and the water kept leaking).
