I changed my children to that doctor for closer, but it is one of the worst services I have seen, the doctor is almost never there if the children are sick you have to wait for an appointment, the worst today they did not receive my son because not present a negative covid test, then what is the doctor for, soon they will tell you we only receive healthy people
I took my nephews for the first time for a sick visit.The Dr left the room were we were at to take a cell phone call.I clearly heard she was talking to a friend,laughing and talking about going to Happy hour(her office was across our room),after she went to another room and totally forgot about us.I hear her also arguing with her staff,very unprofessional.We end up the same night at the Er,one of my nephews had an ear infection and she diagnosed him with cold and no medications were prescribed
Horrible doctor!!! We had been taking our son there for about 7 years. I could not believe the way she treated us in the exam room as soon as she entered the room. Questioning me about requests I had made to obtain paperwork from my sons surgery. Never acknowledged my son just started questioning me very rudely in front of him. She never checked him, we just had to leave. She had also misdiagnosed him numerous times. You are better off going to any other doctor. Office is dirty. Staff is horrib
Great pediatrician!
Dr Kumar is a good doctor and I have nothing bad to say about skills as a doctor. But she has the WORST staff ever! The girls in front don't aknowledge the parent. They don't look at the parent when talking. They talk down to parent and are every unprofessional in their appearance (i.e. tattoos showing). And this is why I'm giving her only one star!!! As long as she has RUDE girls working for her I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to her! If I treated my pt like her girls do, I'd be fired!
