Best dermatologist ever!
I had an appointment 7/14/2022. Upon arrival the door was locked. I called the office, answering machine stated that all appointments have been cancelled and will not be rescheduled. I left a message to call me. They called me this morning, Billie's response was that I had been called about the cancellation. I responded that if I had been called, I would Not have shown up for the appointment. She hung up on me! Rude and very unprofessional with no regards to their patients healthcare and follow up. Dr Kumar removed a Melanoma at an initial check- up that we had not even noticed. His early identification, expert removal, and referral to plastic surgeon for further treatment resulted in early treatment and clear margins.
Office Manager is very rude and non professional!
