Huge Fall from Grace, the customer service is non existent and somewhat rude lady, the food is sub par to what it used to be and it felt like the sould was stripped out of the dish, perhaps the last time I ever visit again.
The food and price are great. However there's always an issue with my order and staff. For the ramen, I don't know about anyone else, but I like it when my ramen is hot. The Chasu pork slice they add onto the ramen is always fridge cold, making the ramen lukewarm within minutes. This always ruins the meal for me. Lastly, there's been several times now where I'm attended by a young man who's always on his phone gaming. The food here is absolutely delicious!!! The ramen broth is flavorful and comforting and the pork is so tender. The teriyaki is amazing and the beef literally melts in your mouth. If you are looking for a cheaper dinner spot, I would absolutely recommend this place!! Also note that this is inside the super market center!
