I ordered the Lion King sushi and the ribeye skewers. The sushi was average (definitely better sushi available elsewhere in town) and the ribeye skewers were inedible (its texture was like gum). My friend ordered a bowl of ramen and ended up only having the broth. I wouldn’t come back. The waitress was very nice though!

Respectfully, this place smelled like a homeless encampment….. I am sure it is not like this all the time but I couldn’t even sit to try their food

I have always wanted to try this place and finally did. Arrived about 7pm and it wasn't busy but a lot of tables and places at sushi bar needed to be bussed. Obviously they were winding down from a busy tourist day and maybe could have used another staff member. We found a clean place at the sushi bar and ordered and we got our food relatively fast. I thought the sushi was as good anyplace in town and the ramen was much better than Whiskey and Ramen. Price was what you would expect for a sushi dinner. I will return here. 👍

Salmon teriyaki was super tender and super generous, maybe 8-10 oz. My table enjoyed the baked mussels (topped with smelt roe), salmon poke, and shoyu ramen. Probably one of our better deals and taste for Alaska meals. They did charge 3% credit card fee BUT no added tax, so check was cheaper than we expected.
