I had a great experience with Kuma Body Shop. The boss was very professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire repair process. They did an excellent job on my car, and the quality of the work was outstanding. They kept me updated and made the whole process easy and stress-free. I’m very happy with the results and would definitely recommend Kuma Body Shop to anyone looking for high-quality work and great customer service!
My partner's brake pads wore out on a Friday afternoon in Shasta - and all shops closed there at 5 for the whole weekend. We got the car towed to Kuma where they texted me the key drop code and had it ready for pickup the next day (Saturday!) by early afternoon. They even offered us a ride when we dropped the car off because we happened to cross paths with one of the employees. They were super direct with us and all around extremely helpful. Affordable too! Highly recommend.
Such great service! Great hospitality, as well as finishing the car in a timely manner. Also loved the work that was done for my rear bumper.
Kuma is an honest technician knowing him for years will never add charges your car not needed trust me your car problem will be fixed with the best parts and guerenteed good work with reasonable price
