Placed an order for two articles, and waited an entire month. Turns out ***** told them that I apparently refused the delivery several days into the shipping process despite me not knowing. Couldn't get a refund.
Done dirty by Kult of Athena. My wooden hilt on a Baselard came in chipped, & updates on tracking were unreliable. When the sword arrived, it came without a scabbard. I contacted them via ****************** & it took them forever to get back to me. They first accused me of not knowing how to look in a box; said the scabbard was in the packing paper. Quality items and reasonable timing of shipping given the distance. Their shipping department missed a backpiece and one buckle/rivet was popped on the chest piece, but when brought to their attention, they refunded the difference between 'used' and 'new' (given the busted rivet) and re-shipped the backpiece at no cost to us.Shipper ******* was also an issue collecting the duty but again, they re-shipped for us ****** said duty was not collected and returned the item, there was no deadline for payment in the ***** email and ... read more
Literally pictures one item on their website and sent me a different item than pictured.
Ordered a sword that was on sale for $26 dollars. Waited the appropriate 6-8 weeks, and it was still in the "processing" stage. I emailed them asking for an ETA. Four days later I get this response..."It looks like we tried to reach out to you about your order. When you placed your order, our company was undergoing new system integrations. Im figuring it out after I paid ***** for a product and never received..that this store is a scam. Cant get ahold of them and believe me I emailed, called.. and saved all my evidence. Next is the *** I wished I would have read the reviews sooner

perfect can t get any better folks keep up the fantastic work didn t find any blems at all wow ****
So far not good. Sword was very dirty. Glue like sticky substance all over the sword. Inside the sheath the same thing. So far no reply on email ticket and nobody is answering their phone.
