I recently gladly returned to Kaiser after a 2 year absence due to Job changes. My new PCP Dr. Kulsoom Naqvi is great. In a few words I would describe her as a keen listener, patient, pays attention to all details. To know my health history better she asked me all important questions about my surgical history and medications. I will assure you that by the end of your appointment you will leave her office confident and happy with her services. I would give more stars ⭐️ but 5 is the limit.
She’s the best. I received great treatment.
I haven't had the most favorable experiences with primary care providers, but Dr. Naqvi is a breath of fresh air. She listens to understand the issue and how you feel, and works to make sure the issue is not just "bandaged", but resolved.
