Very poor service from the receptionists. I asked for a call in Spanish, and they left me hanging. I'll look for another dental office for my son.
We’ve been bringing our five kids here for over fifteen years but we won’t anymore after the experience we had today. The dental assistant was so horribly rude to my child. She lectured him about being eight years old and that he was too old to be behaving that way (because he was making pain noises and kept instinctually moving his hands up.) This office is always energetic, friendly and fast. I love how all the workers carry such a beautiful vibrant energy that makes us feel so welcomed. There’s an abundance of happy smiles anywhere you look.
