I have been taking my cars to the Kuhnsville car wash for many years now and today I have to say I was disappointed. I paid for interior/exterior the full deal. I spent 30.00 plus a tip. After coming out of the car wash and pulling my car in the bay I was sitting waiting for a maximum of 5-6 minutes. There were 2 other customers there before that their cars were still being cleaned and mine was fine in a few minutes. We always remind customers to check their vehicle before leaving so we can address any situation immediately. Regarding our policy with sedans, customers have to tell us they want the inside trunk cleaned. It is not an extra charge, but it doesn't get done unless they ask for it. I've been coming here for a few years and have had nothing but great experiences. The staff are always very friendly, thorough, and I've never heard them complain or be unprofessional. With Covid restrictions, they've adapted well and now for the interior cleanings, the cars are spaced out. However, they still manage to service the same amount of cars at once since a few are outside, not under the structure.
